1. Returns:

- You may return any unused and unopened items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging and in sellable condition.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or defective.
- Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.

2. Exchanges:

- If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the item to arrange for a replacement.
- Exchanges for damaged or defective items will be processed at no additional cost to the customer.

3. Refunds:

- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
- If the original form of payment is no longer available, store credit will be issued.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
